Royal Decree No. 37, dated 3 Rajab 1380 AH
By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Having reviewed Article Eleven of the Council of Ministers Law;
And pursuant to Royal Decree No. 36, dated 3/7/1380 AH;
We hereby decree the following:
First:
The ministers whose names are listed below are hereby appointed to the ministries indicated alongside each name:
His Majesty King Saud presided over the session of the Council of Ministers in Riyadh, attended by Their Royal Highnesses and Their Excellencies, the ministers and members of the Council:
- His Royal Highness Prince Abdulmohsin bin Abdulaziz
Minister of the Interior - His Royal Highness Prince Talal bin Abdulaziz
Minister of Finance and National Economy - His Royal Highness Prince Badr bin Abdulaziz
Minister of Communications - His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Saud
Minister of Defense and Aviation - Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Hassan
Minister of Education - Mr. Abdullah Al‑Hamoud Al‑Turaiki
Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources - Dr. Hassan Naseef
Minister of Health

The ministers shall assume the powers vested in them under the Council of Ministers Law as of the date of issuance of this Decree.
