The amendment of Article (7) of the Nationality Law issued in 1374 AH to read as follows:
“A Saudi is anyone born inside or outside the Kingdom to a Saudi father, or to a Saudi mother and a father of unknown nationality or stateless, or anyone born inside the Kingdom to unknown parents. A foundling in the Kingdom shall be considered born in it unless proven otherwise.”
