Any person who violates the provisions set forth in Article One of Royal Decree No. (35/2/5/1008), dated 17/7/1374, shall be subject to the following sanctions: a prohibition from engaging in import activities for a period of six months, or the imposition of a monetary assessment in the amount of ten thousand riyals, or the application of both sanctions concurrently, as deemed appropriate.
Furthermore, any individual who acquires a vehicle from the authorized importer and subsequently disposes of it within the first year by selling it at a price exceeding the original purchase price shall be subject to a sanction consisting of the confiscation of the price differential realized from such sale.
