By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Eighteen of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Law No. 5/4/2/524, issued on 2/4/1377 AH,
and Royal Order No. 5/4/2/551, issued on 12/2/1377 AH,
and based on the submission presented to us by the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One:
Mr. Mohammed Al‑Hamad Al‑Shubaili, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is hereby granted the rank of First‑Class Minister Plenipotentiary, together with its corresponding salary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Article Two:
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree.
