We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based on the submission presented to us by the Minister of Finance and National Economy,
We hereby order the following:
- Abdullah bin Adwan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, is hereby granted the rank of Minister of State, in recognition of his services.
- The Prime Minister shall implement this Order and communicate it to all concerned authorities.
