Relying on God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After referring to the Council of Ministers Law,
and in view of the steps taken thus far by our young government, and our desire to strengthen the machinery of the State and consolidate responsibilities in light of the experiences encountered during the formative stage of our government,
We hereby order the following:
First
We grant our Prime Minister full authority to formulate the domestic, foreign, and financial policy of the State and to supervise its implementation.
Second
The Council of Ministers Law shall be reviewed, along with any existing regulations that require amendment.
Third
Our Prime Minister shall implement this directive.
