Approving Cabinet Decision No. (148) dated 25/11/1377 AH, which interpreted that the continuation of renewing old loans, as well as the reconciliation of accounts between the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and the banks, does not conflict with Article (33) of the Council of Ministers Law, as these two matters do not impose any new financial burdens on the State Treasury.”
