Approval is hereby granted for the Agreement of the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, concluded on 22/7/1944 in the United States of America, concerning the necessity of taking measures to ensure the proper use of the foreign currency provided by the Ministry of Finance and National Economy to banks for its designated purposes.
