Full zakat shall be collected from all Saudi subjects, and likewise from Saudi companies whose partners or shareholders are all Saudi nationals, as well as from Saudi partners in mixed Saudi–non‑Saudi companies.
The enforcement of Royal Decree No. 17/2/28/8364 dated 29/6/1370 AH, and Royal Decree No. 17/2/28/8799, is hereby terminated.
