Greetings and respect.
With reference to Your Highness’s memorandum No. 6604/2 dated 15/12/1374 AH, attached to the letter from the Ministry of Education regarding the request of the Saudi Foundation for Popular Culture to open two kindergartens—one in Mecca and the other in Jeddah—
I have the honor to inform Your Highness that His Majesty the King has approved this request. His Majesty also directs that a kindergarten be established in Riyadh, as it is more deserving of this than other cities.
As for the names, Your Highness may select them. I kindly request the implementation of this gracious directive.

With reference to Your Highness’s memorandum No. 2259/1 dated 3/5/1375 AH, and to the attached copy of Cabinet Decision No. 53 dated 29/4/1375 AH regarding the publication of Cabinet decisions—once ratified—in local newspapers so that the public may be informed of them,
I have the honor to inform Your Highness that His Majesty the King has approved the decision adopted by the Council of Ministers on this matter. I kindly request the implementation of this gracious directive.
