Greetings,
A Royal Order has been issued by His Majesty the King — may God exalt him — No. 14/23/1805 dated 5/5/1375 AH, stipulating that the service fee granted to His Excellency our brother Muhammad bin Ladin shall be four percent with regard to the works of the Two Holy Mosques. This fee is in return for the maps and designs prepared by His Excellency, as well as for his supervision of the execution, and all expenses related to the engineers, their offices, and their vehicles associated with these works, which shall be borne at his own cost.
Accordingly, we request that this be approved effective from the beginning of this year, 1375 AH.
