By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing the resolutions of the Ministry of Communications Conference signed in Riyadh on 25 Jumada al‑Aula 1374 A.H., corresponding to 20 January 1955,
and based on what has been submitted to us by the Minister of Finance and National Economy,
We hereby order the following:
First
Approval is hereby granted for the agreement of the Ministers of Communications concluded in Riyadh on 25 Jumada al‑Aula 1374 A.H. (20 January 1955), together with all previous agreements and protocols referenced in Article One thereof, after amending the annex related to the Basic Regulations of the Executive Committee in the form attached to this decree.
Second
Our Prime Minister and all Ministers shall implement this decree, each within their respective jurisdiction.
