Peace be upon you.
We have reviewed your letter submitted to us No. 5/11/1075 dated 16/10/1374 A.H., stating that the Ministry of Defense is requesting certain officers and employees—who have been ordered into retirement—to pay various outstanding amounts totaling 14,606 Saudi riyals, representing the remaining value of vehicles sold to them and advances granted to them during their service. They have requested that these amounts be forgiven.
We have ordered approval of the exemption of this amount as an act of assistance from us to them. Therefore, the necessary procedures for implementing this directive should be carried out.
