In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the grace of God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing the statements of the State’s revenues and expenditures for the fiscal year 1374 A.H.,
and based on what has been submitted by the Minister of Finance,
We hereby order the following:
The State’s expenditures for the fiscal year 1374 A.H. shall be set at one billion three hundred and fifty‑five million Saudi riyals, in accordance with the schedules attached to this decree.
