With the help of God Almighty,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Based on the relevant article of the Council of Ministers Law, and due to the travel of Sheikh Abdullah Al‑Sulaiman accompanying us on our visit to Pakistan, we order the following:
First:
Sheikh Muhammad Surur, Minister of State and member of the Council of Ministers, shall assume the duties of the Ministry of Finance as acting minister during the minister’s absence.
Second:
The Deputy Prime Minister shall implement this decree.
