King Saud declared yesterday that Israeli forces must withdraw from the Arab territories before any consideration can be given to a peaceful settlement. He added that if Israel refuses to comply with the United Nations resolution calling for withdrawal from the occupied Arab lands, then the Arabs will have no choice but to work toward liberating these territories.
