Employees whose official duties require them to carry out the tasks assigned to them in ʿArafāt and Minā during the days of Hajj are exempted from the provisions of Article (47) of the General Civil Service Law, and they shall be subject to what was stipulated in Council of Ministers Resolution No. (145) dated 22/11/1377 AH.
