The Formation of the first technocrat government

First technocrat cabinet in Saudi history headed by King Saud , formed on the 21st of December 1960 ,to lead reforms in the country, and was comprised by specialised and experienced ministers each in His own field to represent the middle class of Saudi Arabia .
The new Government was  also-known  by the public as ( the Cabinet of Youth) .
