By the grace of Almighty God,
We, Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
After reviewing Article Two of the Royal Decree issued on 12 Rajab 1373 AH,
And Royal Decree No. 5/2/5/1132 dated 24 Jumada I 1376 AH,
And based on what the public interest requires,
We hereby decree the following:
Article One
Our son, Fahd bin Saud, is appointed Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs.
Article Two
The Prime Minister is charged with implementing this decree.
